Our story

Recipes from a Cameroonian kitchen — reimagined for Ohio.

Chef Mimi grew up in Douala, learning to cook over a charcoal grill in her mother's courtyard. After a decade in kitchens across Paris and Brooklyn, she opened Délices de Mimi to share the food that raised her — refined, but never far from its roots.

Every plate is built on three things: time, fire, and a deep respect for the cooks who came before.
